"Didn’t really feel worth it to me"
Thinking back on it, I don’t feel like it was worth the money. I remember expecting more from it, but after using it, I was disappointed and wouldn’t choose it again.

"Rough Delivery, But They Made It Right"
My order arrived with the box looking banged up, which made me a little worried at first. But their support team responded really quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a big ordeal. In my opinion, issues can happen with shipping, but how a company handles it says a lot—and they handled this one well.

The coffee itself was fine, but the bag showed up kind of crushed and didn’t seem sealed very well. The box was beat up too, which was disappointing for the price. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out if anything could be done about it. I expected better packaging overall, and I probably won’t order again unless they improve that.

"Worth it with the promo, but a couple small catches"
I tried Atlas Coffee Club using a promo offer, and compared to what I usually spend on a bag from my local coffee shop, the first box felt like a really good deal. The coffee was fresh, the signup process was simple, and I liked getting something a little different than my usual go-to roast.
The only reason I’d say it’s more of a 4-star experience is that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to look twice at the renewal price so I knew what I’d be paying after the promo. Still, if you enjoy trying new coffee, it’s a fun option and the discount makes it easy to test out.

The beans smelled fresh pretty much as soon as I opened the bag. You could tell it hadn’t been sitting around forever, which was nice.

"Billing was easy to follow"
The billing was clear for me. I could see the charge and when it would renew no problem. Didn’t get hit with any weird extra fees, which I liked. Only thing is I wish the reminder email came a little sooner. Overall, 4 stars from me.

I tried reaching out to customer support and ended up waiting in the queue for ages, only to never get a proper reply. After a few days of getting nowhere, I just gave up and cancelled. Frustrating experience.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but the grind in my bags was all over the place. Some of it was basically dust, and then there were random bigger chunks mixed in too. Because of that, my coffee came out different every time, which is frustrating when you’re not doing anything differently. The coffee did smell good, so I don’t think the beans were the issue. Whoever handled the grinding just missed the mark here

My Atlas Coffee Club order showed up exactly how I chose it, right coffee and the correct grind size and everything. Nothing was missing, which felt like a small miracle after dealing with other subscriptions where something always seems to vanish into the void. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so there was a brief moment of coffee-related suspense, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, good experience, and I’d definitely order again.

I thought the coffee was good overall, and I liked the flavors for the most part. A few bags tasted a little flat to me, but maybe that was just the batch or how I brewed it. Still, I enjoyed it enough and would probably give it another try

"Nice smell, but not always that strong"
I tried Atlas Coffee Club for couple months, and the smell was kind of hit or miss for me. Some bags had really fresh aroma when I opened them, a little fruity and warm, and those were definitely the ones I got excited about.
But few of the other bags smelled weak, almost flat before I even brewed them. The coffee still tasted fine, so it wasn’t bad or anything, I just thought the smell would be more fun and noticeable. Overall, nice but not amazing.

"Refund was handled without any stress"
I had an issue with my order and felt a bit frustrated at first, so I asked for a refund. Thankfully, they got back to me quickly and I didn’t have to keep chasing them, which was such a relief. The money showed up a few days later just like they said it would. It was simple, calm, and no drama at all, so I’m genuinely happy with how they handled everything.

I’ve really liked being able to switch up the roasts and try different options for my coffee. It literally makes my mornings a little more fun. My only wish is that skipping an order was a bit easier to do

"Solid coffee that feels worth it"
I’m happy with this coffee overall. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but my instinct says it’s worth paying a little extra for. The flavor is good, and the travel/trips theme is a fun little bonus that makes it feel more special.

I got the Ethiopia bag last month, the tasting notes were way more accurate than I expected. It mentioned berry and a little chocolate, and like i said, that’s pretty much what I got from it.
I’m definitely not a coffee expert or anything, I just make pour over at home, but the notes actually helped me choose something I knew I’d probably enjoy.
Easy 5 stars from me. Like i said, it was nice not feeling like I was just guessing when I ordered

"Good coffee, but I had to keep checking the tracking"
The coffee itself was good, so no complaints there. My only issue was with the shipping updates. I got the shipping email, but then the tracking didn’t change for several days, which made me a little uneasy because I didn’t know if it had actually gone out or was just sitting somewhere.
It ended up arriving later than I expected, and customer support did respond when I reached out. I just would’ve felt better if the tracking had been clearer and updated sooner, especially since I like to keep an eye on deliveries so nothing gets missed or left unattended.

"Good coffee, but the slow shipping was frustrating"
The coffee itself was actually nice, so no complaints there. But the delivery took way longer than the estimate, which was really annoying. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person to contact about it, just automated updates that didn’t really help. Overall, decent coffee, but the whole shipping experience was disappointing.

I’ve been making coffee at home more lately and have tried a few different bags, but I keep coming back to these. The flavor has been consistent, they smell great when I open the bag, and the beans have tasted fresh every time so far.
